The Christmas Casper (1 hour, 27 min)

Tim Beach (Robin Shou) is quietly living in the house with his penguin egg when the Christmas season arrives. Under Cassius (Seth MacFarlane) is urging, Lazarus reluctantly promises Amy "Barbara" Beddoes (Rosario Dawson) a special Christmas surprise. Lazarus goes to the local bookstore in Bone City to try to find a present for Barbara, but since he does not know what Christmas is all about, the male shopkeeper (Bob Bergen) gives Lazarus a copy of Christmas For Shell City, a step by step guide to celebrating the holiday. Lazarus proceeds to follow the book's advice by decorating the house and getting a tree so he can spend a quiet Christmas Eve with his family, but Cassius brings the entire "subfamily" to the house, spoiling Lazarus' plans.

Bernie Sinclair (Zeb Wells) is sending the last of the letters to Santa and finds out father, Dennis Senior (Dan Castellaneta) still hasn't written his letter yet. Bernie and a few superheroes try to get him to write a letter and be in the Christmas spirit but it fails. In the days leading up to Christmas, the people of Washington heartily celebrate, and on Christmas Eve, they stand in front of the large decorated coral tree and sing, eagerly awaiting the arrival of Santa. Gustavo Saint Skinner (Jeff Bergman), refusing to believe in Santa Claus, takes no part in any of the mirths.

The people continue to sing until the next morning when Santa has failed to arrive. Everyone leaves in bitter disappointment and Bernie becomes very depressed by snow golem. Marcus Jackson (Tom Arnold) comes out, at last, laughing and scoffing at Dennis Junior (Steve Oedekerk)'s humiliation, and even takes a photo to commemorate the occasion. As Bernie sadly trudges away, he hands Gustavo a present. Gustavo, still skeptical, open it to find a hand-carved driftwood clarinet. Franklin (Seth MacFarlane) and Daisy (Alex Borstein) sees clearly how Bernie has only been trying to spread joy, and how much of a jerk he has been in comparison. To make up for his behavior and for ruining Christmas for everyone, he dresses up as Santa and presents himself to Bernie.

As Lazarus tries to recite "A Visit from St. Nicholas", Ginger (Steve Oedekerk), Nori (Felix Kimura), Cassius, Darkstorm (Alexandra Breckenridge) and Bartholomew (Nick Frost) interrupt and each tells their own Christmas story. Cassius and Darkstorm tell of a Christmas parade passing by the city and licking an enormous waffle Santa and absentmindedly starts licking Lazarus' leg. Bartholomew's version of the Santa Claus story ends with playing with the tassel on Santa's hat, while in reality, he is playing with a bauble.

Ginger tells a horrifying story about how his girlfriend Patricia (Jill Talley) was eaten by Santa Claus. Cassius calls it ridiculous and finds Christmas for Village Idiots book. A fight breaks out over the book and Lazarus' supper is destroyed. Lazarus finally loses his temper and kicks his friends out of his house. While Bernie roaming the streets of Manhattan, he is captured by Abigail (the good old lady) who mistakes him for a bite toy for her vicious, cold-blooded dog, Mr. Chong.

Gustavo and Aleutian Zero, rescue Bernie from Abigail's apartment before it is too late. They escalate into chaos against Mr. Chong, all-the-while, not noticed by Abigail, who is occupied watching a football game. When they are done, they detonate the door with a stick of dynamite (which Gustavo had repeatedly attempted to use prior), finally attracting Abigail's attention and leaving Mr. Chong to take the fall for what Bernie, Gustavo and Aleutian Zero have done to her place.

With their Christmas spirit ruined, Baitgirl is upset at Lazarus' behavior and leaves with the leopard seal named Sans (Ben Cheong). She catches up to their Aleutian Zero and explains to Cassius, Lazarus had wanted for Christmas. After sending the ecstatic Bernie off once more, Gustavo wonders if he's gone insane for the lengths he's gone to in preserving Bernie's dream. Aleutian Zero then discovers a note on his doorstep, a message from Gustavo thanking him for his help and commending Bernie for being a "good boy."

Lazarus, remorseful at what he's done, catch up with Looney Tunes and apologizes for his behavior. He then tells everyone about his first Christmas, since Plumber Wonder doesn't celebrate anything. They return to the swamp and Lazarus tells his own version of "The Night Before Christmas", featuring himself as Plumber Claus. Soon they hear bells and go outside to see Santa and his reindeer, although Ginger is still afraid of Santa Claus and runs back inside in fear.
